Discover Management Programme
The Discover Management Programme – July 5th – 13th 2011 – is an intensive nine-day seminar which requires no previous management background; just large doses of intellectual and emotional energy, an openness to new perspectives and the willingness to dive in and take the initiative.
The programme covers management concepts and practices, including:

• value-chains
• industry and competitive analysis
• financial ratios, cash flows and cost accounting
