This year again the TBU in Zlín acts as a co-organizer of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín, awaiting the arrival of the film industry's elite from the Czech Republic as well as abroad between 28^th May and 3^rd June 2006. The University will host a series of the festival's events in its buildings. The Rectorate building in the Mostní Street shall house the festival's headquarters – the accreditation, information and press centre. Film screenings, press conferences and accompanying events are planned to be held in the Assembly Hall and in several lecture halls.
