European Week Eindhoven 2005

From April 11th to April 15th 2005 the European Week Eindhoven (EWE) will be held again. The European Week is the largest European student conference: over 450 students from all over Europe will participate in this huge happening at the campus of the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) in the Netherlands.

With 150 students from the TU/e organising the EWE, it will be filled with all kinds of activities, ranging from conferences and workshops during the day to partying in the evening.

Despite the incredibly important speakers like Mr. Wim Kok (Advisor to the European Commission and former Prime Minister of the Netherlands) in the 2003 edition of the EWE, and the incredibly rich cultural program like the infamous Auditorium Party, the EWE will be free of charge.

Since the EWE is free of charge there will be a very strict selection and an invitation to the EWE 2005 is obligatory.

The goal of the EWE is traditionally to make you think about Europe and to make contact with people from other countries all over Europe. This year we will accomplish this on the basis of the theme: "How Big is YOUR Europe? Explore its Dimensions."

On our website (www.europeanweek.org ) you will find more information about our past, the TU/e, the theme, the cultural program, our committee of recommendation, some practical information and our organising committee. If you have any question, please contact us! (participants@europeanweek.org )
