Because of an increased interest in their services, the International Affairs Department has introduced office hours for students and academic workers with effect from 1^st December 2005. During these hours you can be sure that the staff of the International Affairs Department will be present at their office (building U2, office No. 232) and ready to attend you.

Monday - Thursday   09:00 - 11:00   13:00 - 15:00

Outside the mentioned office hours a date for an individual meeting can be arranged, if required.

The introduction of office hours is in particular aimed at improving and facilitating the communication between the International Affairs Department, students and university teachers.
